Passaic County
The average selling price is down about 19% from October of last year. Also, the average selling price hasn’t been this low since February 2004. The days on the market remains close to normal.

For the year, home prices in Passaic County were down about 11%. More homes were sold during this October than the Octobers of 2007 and 2008.
