Essex CountyThe average selling price slipped about 5% from last month. The days on the market slips below a normal market and is lower than other Northern NJ counties. This is a sign that homes are being priced correctly in this county

Sussex CountyHome prices are still in a double-digit decline of about 20% from last July. The days on the market took a leap back to triple digits – as it has for the last couple of years. The county is still in a strong buyer’s market.
